Home insurance coverage firm Hippo has introduced the appointment of Peter Piotrowski as chief claims officer.
Piotrowski, who beforehand served as chief claims officer at Vault for the previous six years and held govt roles at The Hanover Insurance Group, AIG, and Chubb, will now lead the claims division at Hippo Insurance Services.
With over 35 years of expertise within the business, Piotrowski can be accountable for overseeing Hippo’s claims companies. He will report on to Chris Donahue, chief underwriting officer at Hippo.
“Peter has built his career on an award-winning, customer-centric approach,” Donahue mentioned. “He’s led multiple teams recognized for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing some of the highest levels of service in the industry, and making it easy for customers to resolve even the most complex claims.”
