Easy Day, Then a Metric Century – BionicOldGuy


Wednesday was exhausting higher physique day, which I did first for 35 minutes at house. Then I squeezed in a 21 minute straightforward trip earlier than lunch, and one other 34 within the afternoon. Rides are posted right here and right here.

Yesterday my spouse had an errand so we had been going separate for lunch, so I made a decision to knock off the metric century trip for the Strava problem I’d signed up for. I rode 100.4 km (62 miles) in a driving time of 5 hours 12 minutes, and a complete elapsed time of 5 hours 40 minutes, with a few snack breaks alongside the way in which, for a mean pace of 19.3 kph (12 mph).
