Ingredients
APPLE PIE ICE CREAM CUPS
- 2 Quest Apple Pie Bars
- 12 tbsp low calorie ice cream
- ¼ granny smith apple, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Unwrap the bars and place them beside one another on a bit of parchment paper.
- Microwave for 10 seconds.
