The Lloyd’s underwriting room has reopened for face-to-face buying and selling after being closed for 10 weeks for refurbishment.

The underwriting room and Galleries One and Two had been closed from July 10 to September 17. Gallery Three and the remainder of the enduring Lloyd’s constructing in London remained open on the time.

In an replace, the centuries-old insurance coverage market mentioned: “The floor flooring and Galleries One and Two have reopened, and we welcome 13 further managing brokers to the bottom flooring of the underwriting room. Our well-liked excursions will recommence from September 25.
