  • 1 massive banana, peel, sliced frozen
  • ¼ cup cashews, uncooked
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup chopped, pitted dates (i.e., Medjool)

  • ¾ cup plant-based milk (i.e., soy, coconut, or almond)


Instructions
