Former President Donald Trump surrendered to authorities on the Fulton County Jail on Thursday night on felony fees linked to his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential-election ends in Georgia.
The Republican front-runner’s reserving in Atlanta got here a day after Trump skipped the primary Republican presidential debate, opting as an alternative for an interview with the previous Fox News persona Tucker Carlson.
Though lacking from the stage, Trump was on the middle of a few of the most contentious moments amongst his rivals. Six of the eight candidates mentioned they might assist the previous president within the basic election, even when he’s a convicted felon.
