Last week I completed studying Liar’s Poker written by Michael Lewis. The e book is partly about his expertise as a bond salesman at Salomon Brothers within the 1980’s and partly about enlargement of the bond market itself throughout the 1980’s. The elements about how the bond market advanced to compete with the inventory market within the minds of merchants within the 1980’s have been essentially the most fascinating elements of the e book for me. I used to be telling a neighbor concerning the e book over the weekend and he or she talked about that she did not know what the distinction between a bond and inventory actually is. I gave her my temporary clarification then turned to YouTube for a greater one.
