unsweetened almond milk (or water) -

Add Shakeology and baking powder to a small mixing bowl. Stir till mixed.

Add almond milk and egg; stir till mixed.

Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high warmth; calmly coat with spray. Spoon batter evenly into pan to type three small pancakes.
