Happy Springtime!
We have heat climate once more, and we spent final weekend celebrating my mother’s 69th birthday! Of course there was heaps and many buttercream concerned.
Sunday Arrival
My mother and father drove up on Sunday morning as a result of that they had an occasion on Saturday evening. They spent Sunday + Monday with us and left on Tuesday after lunch.
Because we don’t presently have a visitor room, they rented an Airbnb on our avenue! So they have been our neighbors. It was nice to have the ability to stroll over, they usually insisted on internet hosting us at their place for a cocktail celebration!
LOL on the welcome signal they made for my dad. Mom joked she was glad dad selected her as his visitor!
We had a cheerful birthday signal (Happy fortieth haha), Peeps (mother’s fav) and playing cards prepared for her arrival.
House Visit
We had sandwiches at our place for lunch after which headed proper over to the primary home to see the renovation progress.
Friends, I knew we have been doing quite a lot of work, however I had no concept Thomas was mainly ripping off 3/4 of the highest of our home!! This undertaking is a lot greater than I believed it will be. You can see how little of the unique framing and roof is left!
Soccer + Downtown
We headed again to our home for our afternoon soccer recreation. Thomas and I went to play (our crew received!) and my mother and father took the boys to the downtown mall to the toy retailer and ice cream store.
Happiest Hour
While we have been showering, they arrange completely happy hour of their Airbnb. We have been excited to see what that they had deliberate.

Snack unfold
On our manner residence from soccer, Thomas and I had picked up Mellow Mushroom pizza, so we had that for dinner after all of the snacks.
Cake Time!
And then we headed again to our home for the birthday eve celebration! We determined to have mother’s cake on Sunday evening so she might get pleasure from it two nights in a row.

Eastwood Farm Birthday Lunch
For her precise birthday lunch, we took mother to Eastwood Farm + Winery! They are open 7 days every week for lunch and have a fantastic menu. We introduced alongside Thomas’s mother, Eileen, and my good friend Ellen, who my mother and father love.

Mom’s birthday want was to go to Michael’s to purchase paint provides for her artwork studio. We discovered plenty of paint and a few crafts for the boys.
Then we took Mazen to baseball apply. He requested Grammie + Pea to remain and look ahead to a bit.
Afterwards, we had Moe’s BBQ and extra cake!!
