    baking powder 
  • ¼
    cup / 60 ml
    unsweetened almond milk (or water)
  • 1
    massive
    egg
  • Nonstick cooking spray 
  • 1
    tsp.
    pure maple syrup

  1. Add Shakeology and baking powder to a small mixing bowl. Stir till mixed.  

  2. Add almond milk and egg; stir till mixed.

  3. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high warmth; evenly coat with spray. Spoon batter evenly into pan to type three small pancakes. 

  4. Cook for two minutes; flip. Cook for two extra minutes, or till cooked via. 

  5. Drizzle with maple syrup.
