Ruling in Challenge to Marketplace Rule: Initial Analysis and Implications for States

On August 22, a federal District Court choose in Maryland stayed, on a nationwide foundation, the implementation of a number of provisions within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) “Marketplace Integrity” last rule.
