So when we got wind that there was something rings-related cooking in the Quest™ test kitchen, we sent a strongly worded instant message demanding more information. This is what we learned. We’re consuming them as we write this and making a giant mess.

Ingredients
QUESTIFIED LOADED ONIONS RINGS
- 2 baggage Quest Loaded Taco Protein Chips, crushed
- 3 tbsp gluten free flour
- 2 eggs, overwhelmed
- 1 massive yellow onion, slides into ½ inch rings
- ½ lbs floor beef, lean
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to style
Cheese Sauce:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp almond milk, unsweetened
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese
Toppings:
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- 2 tbsp scallions, sliced
Method
- Preheat the oven to 375 F and put together a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Place the crushed chips, flour and eggs into their very own shallow bowls.
- Coat every onion ring with flour, then within the egg wash after which lastly coat with crushed chips.
- Place every coated onion ring on the baking sheet about 2 inches aside.
- Bake the onion rings for 7-10 minutes and golden brown.
- While the onion rings bake, warmth a skillet over medium-high warmth and cook dinner the meat with olive oil and seasonings till absolutely cooked, about 7-8 minutes.
- Prepare the cheese sauce by putting the components right into a skillet over medium warmth. Whisk till melted and clean.
- Assemble the onion rings on a serving dish and high with cooked beef, cheese sauce and toppings and serve.
