QUESTIFIED FROSTED COOKIE TOFFEE BARK
- 5 tbsp butter
- ¾ cup pecans, chopped
- 6 tbsp heavy cream
- ⅓ cup zero calorie sweetener
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- 8 oz chocolate (2 sugar free chocolate bars, chopped)
- 1 Quest Chocolate Frosted Cookie, chopped
Method
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Place the butter and pecans right into a pot over medium–low warmth. Cook for two–3 minutes and pecans are toasted.
