Ingredients

QUEST CHIPS DIRTY NACHOS

  • 2 Bags Quest Original Cheddar and Sour Cream Chips
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp gluten free flour
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup + 1 tbsp blue cheese crumbles, separated
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tbsp chives, sliced

Method

  1. Assemble the chips onto a serving dish or baking sheet.
  2. Add the butter, flour, mozzarella, ½ cup blue cheese crumbles and almond milk right into a pan overmedium warmth.
  3. Whisk till melted and easy. Drizzle the cheese combination over the chips and prime with 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles, bacon items and chives.
  4. Serve.
