Pistachio Latte Fro-Yo Bark

This distinctive fro-yo bark recipe is ideal for dessert or as a day snack.

  • Parchment paper 
  • ¾
    ¾ cup / 185 g
    reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1
    scoop
    Café Latte Shakeology
  • 1
    tsp.
    pure vanilla extract
  • 20
    unsalted pistachios, chopped
  • 1
    tsp.
    cacao nibs
  • Plastic wrap

  1. Line a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33-cm) baking dish with parchment paper. Set apart. 

  2. Add yogurt, Shakeology, and extract to a medium mixing bowl; stir till mixed.  

  3. Spread yogurt combination evenly on parchment paper to desired thickness. Sprinkle evenly with pistachios and cacao nibs. 

  4. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Freeze for two hours, or till agency. 

  5. Cut (or break) into bite-sized items; serve instantly, or freeze in an hermetic container for as much as 1 month.
