Servings 1 serving (4 balls)

  1. Mash banana in a small bowl till easy.

  2. Add Shakeology; stir till mixed.

  3. Shape combination into 4 equal balls.

  4. Make an indentation in the course of every ball. Spoon about ¾ tsp. nut butter into every indentation.

  5. Place in freezer for quarter-hour. Enjoy instantly, or retailer frozen in hermetic container for as much as 1 month. If frozen, set out at room temperature for five minutes earlier than serving.
