Ingredients

TIRAMISU CHIA PUDDING

  • 1 Quest Coffee Protein Shake
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¾ cup greek yogurt, separated
  • ¼ cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tsp zero calorie sweetener
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk collectively the Quest Shake, chia seeds and ½ cup yogurt till properly blended.
  2. Cover and chill for not less than 2 hours.
