Ingredients

QUEST PROTEIN PANCAKES

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup tapioca flour
  • 1 scoop Quest Protein Powder
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir collectively the almond flour, tapioca flour, protein, baking powder and salt.
