Nichole Schlagel-Hope is the present principal of the Academy of Arts and Knowledge. Her focus revolves round fostering educational excellence by implementing curriculum enhancements tailor-made to various studying wants.

Nichole’s instructional background features a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and Special Education, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Educational Leadership, and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Trauma, and Resilience in Educational Settings.

Under Nichole’s management, the Academy of Arts and Knowledge has earned the Performance with Distinction Award for 2 consecutive years. In 2022, they acquired the Colorado Department of Education Governor’s Distinction Improvement Award. Concurrently, she oversees the twenty first Century Grant supporting the earlier than and after-school program, contributing to a 34% improve in enrollment.

Nichole is a devoted educator with a flexible background in constitution and conventional instructional settings. She brings intensive educating expertise from conventional school rooms, particular training courses, highschool, various training, and elementary training.
