Good vs. Bad Carbs: Don’t Trust the Processed

There’s been a number of discuss good vs. unhealthy carbs and loads of confusion on the subject. Let’s say it as soon as and for all: Carbohydrates aren’t inherently unhealthy. The key’s understanding how meals that include these carbs are produced.

They become less healthy when they are processed into puffs and chips with added fat, sodium and/or added sugars.”
