    reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt

    pear, chopped

    unsalted sliced almonds
  • Plastic wrap

  1. Line a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33-cm) baking dish with parchment paper. Set apart.

  2. Add yogurt and Shakeology to a medium mixing bowl; stir till mixed.
