Global dealer Hub International Limited has introduced that it has acquired the property of Dwight W. Andrus Insurance, Inc., Dwight Andrus & Richard Insurance, Inc., and DAI Shreve, LLC (Dwight Andrus Insurance). Terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
Headquartered in Lafayette, La., with six further places throughout Louisiana, Dwight Andrus Insurance is among the largest impartial insurance coverage companies within the nation. Founded greater than 75 years in the past, the company supplies industrial insurance coverage, surety and bonding, captive and different danger insurance coverage, private insurance coverage, and worker advantages.

The Dwight Andrus management, together with Dwight Andrus IV, Dwight Andrus III, David Andrus, and Charlie Babineaux, in addition to their staff, will be part of Hub Gulf South.
The deal is the most recent in Hub’s string of acquisitions. In January, the worldwide dealer snapped up Michigan-based Grace & Porta Benefits. In December, it bought Georgia-based Chatham Insurance Partners.
