Hub International has introduced its acquisition of the property of Michigan-based Grace & Porta Benefits, Inc.
The brokerage revealed in a launch that the transaction closed in 2022. The phrases of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
Grace & Porta Benefits in Brighton, MI is an impartial company that focuses on worker advantages session. As a part of the transaction, president and CEO Jon Porta; vp and CMO Travis Porta; treasurer and CFO Josh Porta; secretary and CIO Dave Porta; and the remainder of the Grace & Porta staff will be part of Hub Midwest East.
“We are trying ahead to this gifted staff becoming a member of our Hub household,” stated Hub Midwest East president Caroly Hofstee. “This dynamic staff will additional strengthen our already robust worker advantages apply in Michigan.”
Last December, Hub acquired Chatham Insurance Partners in Savannah, GA. Chatham Insurance Partners is an impartial business and private insurance coverage company specializing in healthcare, building, excessive internet value, and hospitality.
