My Friends Nancy and Joseph got here down on Saturday to hike at this finish of the County, so I took them as much as the Mendoza ranch entrance of Harvey Bear County park. We had a pleasant hike circumnavigating Mummy Mountain, about 4 miles.

On Sunday I went for a tough two and a half hour journey on my recumbent. The first hour and a half was a brisk tempo journey retaining my coronary heart fee about 120. Then I did a bunch of intervals of varied lengths, adopted by a cooldown. I felt nice on the finish, though slightly sore the subsequent day. But a better restoration journey on Monday made me really feel rather a lot higher.
