Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has introduced that it has acquired the property of the retail company enterprise of Coverys Insurance Systems, a full-service insurance coverage dealer primarily based in East Lansing, Mich. Terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.

Coverys Insurance Services focuses on medical malpractice {and professional} legal responsibility for healthcare shoppers throughout Michigan, Gallagher mentioned in a information launch.

As a part of the acquisition, the Coverys crew will stay in its present location, reporting to Ryan Isaacs, head of Gallagher’s Midwest regional retail P&C brokerage operations.
