The merger of MHS Global, a number one world supplier of fabric dealing with automation and methods integration, and Fortna, a number one software program and options supplier for warehouse distribution, resulted in a single mixed entity that will probably be often known as FORTNA. The corporations merged in April 2022 for an undisclosed value. Both corporations belong to the funding portfolio of Thomas H. Lee Partners (THL), a non-public fairness agency that invests in middle-market progress corporations. THL will stay the bulk proprietor of the mixed firm. A subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority acquired a minority stake within the firm to help the deal.
