After Desierto Azul opened in November 2021, Nilú started to construct a separate cooking studio to carry lessons for each visitors and locals.

Between working a lodge and being a mother to 2 younger youngsters, Nilú didn’t have lots of additional time to develop cooking class supplies. And the cooking studio is just step one of Nilú’s plan for Desierto Azul’s progress. She plans to open a café on web site, and finally increase the lodge to allow them to accommodate retreats, festivals and occasions.
