Café Latte Shakeology -

banana, minimize into chunks -

medium ripe avocado -

cup / 120 ml
unsweetened almond milk -

Place Shakeology, banana, avocado, almond milk, and cinnamon in blender; cowl. Blend till clean. (If too thick, add further almond milk.)

Pour into 2 dessert cups; refrigerate for no less than 1 hour, or till set. Store refrigerated in an hermetic container for as much as 24 hours.
