AXA XL launches Underwriting Innovation Office

AXA XL Insurance has introduced the launch of an Underwriting Innovation Office within the US. The firm has appointed Rose Hall, at present head of building innovation, as head of innovation, Americas, to guide the workplace.

With her success in developing our construction ecosystem and other innovative initiatives, Rose has the right experience and the high level of energy necessary to take on this role.”

The Americas Underwriting Innovation Office will liaise throughout the corporate’s enterprise strains and help capabilities within the Americas, together with consumer distribution, underwriting, threat engineering and consulting, amongst others.

In her new function, Hall will report back to Donna Nadeau, chief underwriting officer for the Americas at AXA XL.

“Rose has played a key role in turning a business-led initiative, like our construction ecosystem, into a broad-reaching service enhancement available to our clients,” Nadeau stated. “In her new role, she’ll be providing leadership and direction in the future development and implementation of ecosystems, technology solutions, and enhanced customer service initiatives. We’re innovating to find new ways to help them curb the rising cost of risk.”

Hall joined AXA XL in 2015 as a building threat engineer and most just lately served as vice chairman and head of building innovation.
