I like workouts that enable me to get an cardio exercise with upper-body muscle tissue. My favourite upper-body exercise, strolling with hand weights is impaired considerably at present as a result of my sore SI joint limits the size of my walks. Easy Fix: I simply bolted a dowel to the underside of the pedal which stands proud previous the top so the dowel turns into the hand grip. The solely downside is that it isn’t mounted concentrically with the axis of the pedal. So if you happen to grip tightly this could be torquing the wrist backwards and forwards a bit whereas pedaling. This is averted by gripping loosely and letting the pedal rock whereas pedaling, as you’ll be able to see within the video.
