Upcoming Changes for CSP-SaaS Partners on Cloud Partner Navigator – VMware Cloud Provider Blog

Cloud Partner Navigator is now a real associate portal as we now have migrated all finish prospects on the Cloud Services Platform (CSP).

All the Cloud Services Provider – SaaS (CSP-SaaS) tenants would be capable of entry the capabilities through the Cloud Services Platform, whereas all CSP-SaaS companions would proceed to handle the shoppers through Cloud Partner Navigator.

What does this imply for our Cloud Services Provider – SaaS companions?

Provision a service for End Customer by CSP-SaaS associate:

1. Login to CPN and go to the Services web page.

Manage Customers

1. Login to CPN and goto the Customer Management web page.
2. CSP-SaaS Partner could be directed to the Customer Management web page, once they click on on the Customer/Tenant
3. IAM and Organization capabilities could be out there right here. MSP would now not have the ‘Switch to customer org link’.
4. MSPs would be capable of carry out all IAM and group actions right here.
