    oat flour

    baking powder

  • 3

    eggs, flippantly overwhelmed
  • ½
    cup / 120 g
    reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2
    Tbsp.
    pure maple syrup
  • 1
    tsp.
    pure vanilla extract
  • 2
    tsp.
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 1
    Tbsp.
    brown sugar
  • 1
    Tbsp.
    almond flour (or floor flax seeds, or oat flour)

    tsp.
    floor cinnamon (elective)

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (180 °C). Lightly coat a 6-cavity donut pan with spray; put aside. 

  2. Add Shakeology, oat flour, baking powder, and salt to a small mixing bowl; stir to mix.  

  3. Add eggs, yogurt, maple syrup, and extract to a separate bowl; whisk to mix.

  4. Add dry combination to moist combination; whisk to mix. Batter can be thick.

  5. Divide batter evenly in donut pan. Bake for 18 to twenty minutes, or till a toothpick inserted right into a donut comes out clear. Let cool in pan. 

  6. Combine brown sugar, almond flour, and cinnamon in a small mixing bowl; combine effectively.

  7. Brush tops of donuts evenly with butter. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar combination. Enjoy.

  8. Refrigerate leftovers in an hermetic container for as much as 4 days or freeze for as much as 1 month. Heat gently earlier than serving, if desired.
