Ingredients

Cake:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • ⅓ cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 eggs, room temp
  • ½ cup almond milk, room temp
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Filling:

  • 6 oz decreased fats cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
  • 1 egg, room temp
  • Topping: 2 Quest Pumpkin Pie Bars, chopped into small items

Method
