Working in Cisco’s Global Partner and Routes to Market Sales Organization, I’ve the pleasure of main a group that promotes variety and inclusion by the African American Cisco Partner Community (AACPC) to speed up the expansion and success of various Cisco companions whereas growing the hiring of various candidates. We are in the midst of a five-year plan to develop the enterprise by specializing in the AACPC. Many individuals throughout Cisco work tirelessly to drive our objective to energy an Inclusive future for all. We don’t merely measure our affect yearly; we try to make an affect day by day. We’ve had many impactful days this previous month, and I wish to spotlight just a few examples:
Juneteenth
This U.S. nationwide vacation gives a time to remind, replicate, and have a good time. Through nice timing, I might take part in St. Louis, MO, and Atlanta, GA, with Cisco staff, our companions, and the local people.
In Atlanta, we showcased the Cisco Talent Bridge platform that connects candidates to profession alternatives inside Cisco and Cisco international channel ecosystem. The Juneteenth parade from the State Capitol to Centennial Park had an superior turnout, and it was nice to see the households supporting the celebration with such power and pleasure!
Bridge 2 Technologies (B2T)
Cisco and our AACPC companion OT Global Technologies participated within the B2T Global Intellect Summit (BGIS) and the Opening Bell of the Nasdaq. At the Summit, we highlighted the great social justice work Cisco is doing to energy an inclusive future.
