Good morning from Maine the place the clouds have returned after yesterday’s reprieve from what looks like a month of rain. It’s an incredible morning for making pour-over espresso and sipping it at a leisurely tempo. But since I’ve younger children, I will not be sipping it at a leisurely tempo. Instead, I’ll drink it whereas we prepare for a go to to the Maine Wildlife Park. It’s certainly one of our favourite locations to go whatever the climate.
