International dealer Hub International Limited has introduced the acquisition of Salt Lake City-headquartered Dale Barton Agency. Terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
Dale Barton is likely one of the area’s largest business and surety bond brokerages. The agency advises companies, contractors, motor carriers, subcontractors and specialty contractors. It makes a speciality of development, transportation and business insurance coverage.
The acquisition will assist Hub’s specialty practices by bolstering its current capabilities.
