Ingredients

BUFFALO RANCH CAULIFLOWER WINGS

  • 2 baggage Quest Buffalo Ranch Protein Chips, crushed
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp gluten free flour
  • ¾ cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 cauliflower head
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF and put together a big baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk collectively the crushed chips, almond flour, gluten free flour and milk till a slurry comes collectively.
